Jazz standards played with enthusiasm are the aims of Jazzmates. The nucleus of the band is experienced vocalist Wendi Kaye and veteran pianist Andrew Oliver. They can perform as a duo and with the addition of Graham Williams on drums to provide a perfect trio for upscale functions, parties and weddings. For larger events then expand to a quartet with bass guitarist Dennis Worth. Their programme covers all the greats including Duke Ellington, George Gershwin and Cole Porter. They perform such classics as Caravan, A Foggy Day, All Of Me, Anything Goes, Begin The Beguine, Summertime, Cry Me A River, Don’t Get Around anymore, Fever, Fly Me To The Moon, Misty. They provide perfect background music for a cocktail reception, lunch or dinner
